★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um yakssoba carne/ frango... Que yakssoba horrível!!! Só tinha repolho roxo e cebola de legumes, sem caldo !!! Sem gosto!!! Com macarrão instantaneo!!! O pior da minha vida!!! Parecia ser feito com aqueles miolo de péssima qualidade!!! Perdi meu dinheiro!!! Triste!!! Muito ruim!!
I bought a beef/chicken yaksoba... What a horrible yaksoba!!! Only had red cabbage and vegetable onions, no broth !!! Tasteless!!! With instant noodles!!! The worst of my life!!! It seemed to be made with those poor quality brains!!! I lost my money!!! Sad!!! Too bad!!

Fiz um pedido pelo Ifood através do celular da minha esposa, pois a mesma havia adquirido um pacote de cupons pelo Ifood, porém o pedido veio com um refrigerante em lata ao invés de 1L conforme deveria vir. Minha esposa entrou em contato com o Ifood, pois o pedido foi feito através da plataforma do Ifood, informando do erro. O ifood solicitou fotos que comprovassem o ocorrido e, assim foi feito. Em seguida o Ifood informou que tentou contato telefônico com a empresa, porém não conseguiu e, procedeu com o estorno. Agora a noite, após já ter comido chegar em nossa portaria um motoboy com a máquina informando que estamos devendo o pagamento e com o tal refrigerante de 1L, isso após 7h depois de feito o pedido e eu já ter comido. Não satisfeito com as explicações e, orientado a recorrer ao Ifood caso tivesse alguma reclamação, o mesmo ainda AMEAÇOU minha esposa e ainda fez afirmações infundadas passíveis de uma ação reparadora perante a justiça. Cuidado ao fazerem pedidos nesse estabelecimento, pois se ocorrer alguma situação semelhante serão destratados e ameaçados. Toda a conversa tida por minha esposa, seja com o Ifood ou com o proprietário estão salvas para o caso de necessidade futura.
The product is good, but the owner does not know how to be professional and treat customers, even though he is wrong. I made an order through Ifood through my wife's cell phone, as she had purchased a package of coupons through Ifood, but the order came with a can of soda instead of 1L as it should have. My wife contacted Ifood, as the order was made through the Ifood platform, informing them of the error. ifood requested photos to prove what happened and so it was done. Then Ifood reported that it tried to contact the company by phone, but could not and proceeded with the chargeback. Now at night, after having already eaten, a motoboy arrived at our concierge with the machine informing us that we owe the payment and with that 1L soda, this after 7 hours after placing the order and I had already eaten. Not satisfied with the explanations and, oriented to resort to Ifood if he had any complaints, he still THREATENED my wife and even made unfounded claims subject to remedial action before justice. Be careful when placing orders at this establishment, because if a similar situation occurs, they will be treated and threatened. All the conversation my wife had, either with Ifood or with the owner are saved in case of future need.
