★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo...eles perderam o pedido! Como? Não sei...fato é que tive que te reclamar duas vezes até que o pedido fosse entregue. Demorou cerca de uma hora e meia.

Foi a segunda vez que pedi o tradicional misto, qie vem uma saladinha, o yakisoba e um karaague, qie é o frango empanado, e me disseram que nao tinha frango. Só que, dessa vez, eu tinha perguntado antes se tinha tudo, e a pessoa tinha me confirmado que sim, depois de 10 minutos me chamou para falar que nao tinha mais o frango, se podia colocar DOIS rolinhos primavera. Eu pensei um pouco e disse que sim. Quando me chamaram de novo, me entregaram apenas um rolinho primavera e o yakisoba, perguntei se nao eram DOIS, como combinado, e ela me disse que mandaram por UM só. Perguntei se a salada também esta em falta ou se mandaram nao por tambem, pq.na hora de pagar nao faltou dinheiro, mas no meu prato faltou a salada, o karaague e os DOIS rolinhos primavera que foram prometidos. Aí ela pegou um pouco de pepino agridoce e colocou no meu prato, achei um absurdo, um descaso total. Só comi porque eu estava com fome e cansado de esperar, porque o macarrao tbm estava horrivel.
Terrible. Already was better. Poor service, total clutter. It was the second time I ordered the traditional mixed, that comes a salad, yakisoba and a karaague, which is the breaded chicken, and I was told that there was no chicken. But this time, I had asked before if I had everything, and the person had confirmed that yes, after 10 minutes he called me to say that I didn't have the chicken anymore, if I could put TWO spring rolls. I thought for a moment and said yes. When they called me again, they just handed me a spring roll and the yakisoba, I asked if they were TWO, as agreed, and she told me they sent for ONE. I asked if the salad is also missing or if they ordered not too, because at the time of paying there was no shortage of money, but on my plate was missing the salad, the karaague and the two spring rolls that were promised. Then she took some bittersweet cucumber and put it on my plate, I thought it was absurd, total neglect. I only ate because I was hungry and tired of waiting, because the noodles were horrible too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vi no Google que o restaurante funciona até 22:00hs, liguei para fazer meu pedido as 21:52, já que não consegui finalizar pelo Ifood... A atendente disse que já tinha fechado. Perguntei, "Mas até que horas funciona hoje?"... A moça respondeu "Até 22:00hs, mas já fechamos o caixa". rsrs
Acho que o dono não gostaria nada nada de saber que deixou de entrar quase R$180,00 no caixa da empresa, por conta de minutos que fecham antes do horário. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi pelo delivery, veio bem embalado e chegou super rápido. Boa qualidade, muita variedade pra escolher e saboroso. Único ponto são os nigiris que poderiam ser um pouco menores, pois não é possível come-los sem cortar ao meio.
I asked for delivery, it came well packaged and arrived super fast. Good quality, lots of variety to choose from and tasty. Only point are the nigiris that could be a little smaller, as it is not possible to eat them without cutting in half.
