★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realizei uma compra no dia 17/01/2021 (site direcionado p/loja virtual Perfumaria em casa), c/ prazo p/entrega de 4 dias. Hoje já é dia 26/01 e ainda não recebi meu pedido. Meu shampoo acabou e tenho 5 frascos pendentes de recebimento. É incompreensível a falta de gestão de processo dessa empresa. A empresa faz o mais dificicil, pois possui produtos bons com preços acessíveis e não consegue se organizar na entrega. Fiz diversos contatos, foi me informado o nome de uma transportadora, que eu liguei e me afirmaram que não há produto com meus meus dados p/entrega.
I made a purchase on 01/17/2021 (site directed to the online store Perfumery at home), with a 4-day delivery deadline. Today is January 26th and I still haven't received my order. My shampoo is over and I have 5 bottles pending receipt. This company's lack of process management is incomprehensible. The company does the most difficult, as it has good products at affordable prices and is unable to organize itself in delivery. I made several contacts, I was informed the name of a carrier, which I called and I was told that there is no product with my data for delivery.
