It takes time to streamline the process. Almost 1 year to receive a lot of bureaucracy now I understand why the dealerships don't want to take the letter of credit from Yamaha

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os funcionários são muito educados, mas o cliente precisa insistir pra conseguir adquirir um produto ou realizar um serviço. Passei 2 meses tentando marcar uma revisão. Ninguém sabe informar nada e o encarregado raramente tá na loja quando você liga. Se deixar seu telefone pra contato então, espere sentado que ninguém nunca retorna. Se tivesse noção da dificuldade que é para conseguir os serviços da autorizada aqui na cidade, teria pensado melhor em adquirir uma moto de outra marca.
The employees are very polite, but the customer needs to insist to be able to purchase a product or perform a service. I spent 2 months trying to schedule a review. Nobody knows how to tell you anything and the foreman is rarely at the store when you call. If you leave your phone for contact then wait seated that no one ever returns. If I were aware of how difficult it is to get authorized services here in the city, I would have thought better of purchasing a motorcycle from another brand.
