★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei a moto lá, atendente simpática e atenciosa, mais o tirando isso deixa a desejar, não teve a entrega técnica da moto, tive que pedir pra por mais combustível na moto porque o tanque estava praticamente zerado, a loja não tinha um funil pra por combustível, e a moto era uma mi03 em .
I bought the bike there, friendly and attentive attendant, but apart from that it leaves something to be desired, there was no technical delivery of the bike, I had to ask to put more fuel in the bike because the tank was practically empty, the store didn't have a funnel to put it fuel, and the bike was an mi03 in .

Não vou detalhar pra não prejudicar o vendedor(a).
1 - Na entrega da moto:
Eu tive que ficar ligando o tempo todo pra perguntar se já poderia ir buscar a moto. Pior, no dia que podia ir buscar, ninguém me avisou!
2 - Detalhes da entrega:
A moto veio com o painel sujo de cola, explicaram que não tinham produto pra limpar. Até aí ok. Quando cheguei já tinham tirado o plástico da moto. E ela tava num canto qualquer.
Não teve nenhum mimo/brinde, nem me ofereceram pra tirar foto com a moto. Na Honda eles tiram foto, vc chega tem um papel com seu nome na moto, um chaveiro/brinde.
São pequenos detalhes que fazem muita diferença! Eu como vendedor/supervisor (se é que existe, se existe não vi) teria mais capricho ao entregar. É questão de conquista das pessoas, de sonhos!
I didn't have a good experience on my first Yamaha bike. Bought in May/2022.
I won't go into detail so as not to harm the seller.
1 - Upon delivery of the motorcycle:
I had to keep calling all the time to ask if I could go get the bike. Worse, on the day I could pick it up, no one told me!
2 - Delivery details:
The motorcycle came with the panel dirty with glue, they explained that they had no product to clean. Until then ok. When I arrived they had already removed the plastic from the bike. And she was somewhere.
There was no treat/gift, nor did they offer me to take a picture with the bike. At Honda they take pictures, when you arrive you have a paper with your name on the bike, a key ring/gift.
It's the little details that make a big difference! As a salesperson/supervisor (if it exists, if it exists I haven't seen it) I would be more careful when delivering. It's a matter of conquering people, dreams!
