 I'm giving 2 stars for the lack of accessories...for such a large and authorized Yamaha group store, these things can't happen!!! I've been waiting for a simple handlebar for 15 days!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não indico gastei cinco mil reais. E deixaram a caixa de direção souta o fil do carregador por fora um serviço de boca de porco nem acreditei. Não regularam o frei traseiro todo isso porque troquei o chassi da moto.
I don't indicate I spent five thousand reais. And they left the steering box out of the loader's file on the outside, a pig's mouth service, I couldn't believe it. They didn't regulate the rear brake all this because I changed the chassis of the bike.

Dia 05/01/2021 liguei e falei com André que cuida do agendamento das revisões.
Agendei para dia 06/01 as 9hs.
Cheguei lá e fiquei esperando até às 10:30hs ser atendido por ele.
Depois ele disse que a moto só ficaria pronta a tarde porque o atendimento era por ordem de chegada.
O dignado e fui embora e não volto lá nunca mais.
Ele é um mentiroso e a empresa tem um processo falho.
Não sabem atender os clientes com honestidade.
Terrible attendance.
On 05/01/2021 I called and spoke to André who takes care of scheduling reviews.
I scheduled for 06/01 at 9am.
I got there and waited until 10:30 am to be attended by him.
Then he said that the bike would only be ready in the afternoon because the service was on a first come, first served basis.
The dignified and I left and never go back there again.
He is a liar and the company has a flawed process.
They do not know how to serve customers honestly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A gente paga caro pela revisão apenas para carimbarem o manual. Comprei uma moto 0 km e com 2.900 rodados as pastilhas de freios estavam 100% gastas. Levei até lá e para trocar tive que desembolsar 230,00 pilas. Segundo o atendente, a garantia não cobre pastilhas e ainda segundo ele, se eu trocar em outra oficina, a moto perde a garantia. Absurdo isso.
Não recomendo essa empresa.
