★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, o vendedor de peças parece que tem preguiça, sempre que ligo ele vem com a mesma história "pegue meu ZAP e fale comigo aí" o vendedor é ele ou sou eu? Uma falta de vontade de atender. Péssimo, a Yamaha deveria rever esse atendimento por telefone! E rever essa política de preços absurdos de peças, as motos são boas, mas pós é terrível por isso sempre está muito atrás das concorrentes.
Bad service, the parts seller seems to be lazy, every time I call he comes up with the same story "take my ZAP and talk to me there" is the seller him or is it me? An unwillingness to respond. Terrible, Yamaha should review this phone service! And review this policy of absurd prices for parts, the bikes are good, but dust is terrible so it is always far behind the competitors.
