I worked at this company and today I deeply regret having left. Great company loved working there because of an unfortunate personal event I asked for an account. How I would like to go back to work in this company was the place where I had no problem with anyone. Wow how I would like to go back.

I've never worked in a place with people so inhumane where you can't get sick if you don't get fired. They don't do anything to lose. The leadership is horrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa de grande porte ótima, emprega bastante pessoas na regiao, tive a oportunidade de trabalhar lá em um determinado período e contribuiu bastante para o meu crescimento profissional. Empresa oferece transporte, convênio, alimentação no local, sexta basica, além de oportunidades de crescimento. Vejo muitas melhorias na estrutura tanto física e organizacional. A pouco tempo visitei e só quem viu o antes pode entender a quantidade de benefícios que a empresa adquiriu ao longo dos anos.

A good company, very organized, fully values the quality tools of Japanese origin, such as; 5S, Kanban, and of course Kaizen! I was introduced to the job market as an apprentice, acquired a lot of knowledge through the company's processes and history through SENAI and grew professionally. Company gives opportunity to young people and people without experience. It requires discipline, proactivity and a sense of ownership for the process.
