★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu ia no Yellow desde 2016. Era um lugar bom, mas sempre teve problemas de atendimento. Uma vez fiquei 2 horas esperando um hambúrguer, os garçons falavam que estavam chegando, pra no final falar que não tinha abacate (o hambúrguer tinha guacamole) e que tinham ido comprar mas estava verde (quem que mexe com cozinha e não sabe que abacate não se compra maduro). Continuei indo porque meus amigos queriam pelo cardápio bom e preço justo, mas o atendimento muito a desejar ainda. O ápice foi quando comprei bebida de outro estabelecimento para beber na calçada (minha conta no yellow já estava fechada e era uma calçada) e a garçonete veio me xingar. Logo depois veio o dono gritando com a gente, sendo que era uma mesa de 8 pessoas, 6 consumindo do bar e 2 na calçada FORA DA MESA bebendo uma bebida muito específica de outro estabelecimento. Sendo que a gente tinha pedido duas caipirinhas de limão sem açúcar e voltaram 40 min depois com duas caipivodkas de morango com açúcar. E quando a gente pediu, educadamente, que viesse outras (e pagamos por outras, porque eles cobram na hora), a garçonete bateu o copo da mesa e foi mal educada. Minha amiga que frequentava ha mais de 5 anos está arrasada, pq ela gostava muito apesar deu falar que era ruim, e aí o dono gritou com ela de um jeito assustador que eu preferi ir embora pq fiquei com medo. Má gestão, atendimento ruim, claramente um lugar que queria ser boate mas não conseguiu. Música tenebrosa, o dono fala que sempre foi assim, achando que a gente é bobo ou tem perda de memória, pq claramente essa RAVE não existia antes e as avaliações aqui estão aqui pra comprovar. Pessoas que não sabem gerir um negócio, não sabem atender cliente e acham que estão fazendo um favor de “deixar” a gente respirar o ar da calçada PÚBLICA na frente dessa pocilga.
 I've been going to Yellow since 2016. It was a good place, but it always had service problems. Once I waited 2 hours for a hamburger, the waiters said they were coming, only to finally say that there was no avocado (the hamburger had guacamole) and that they had gone to buy it but it was green (whoever works in the kitchen and doesn't know what avocado is) buy mature). I kept going because my friends wanted it for the good menu and fair price, but the service still a lot to be desired. The climax was when I bought a drink from another establishment to drink on the sidewalk (my yellow account was already closed and it was a sidewalk) and the waitress came cursing me. Soon after, the owner came yelling at us, and it was a table of 8 people, 6 consuming from the bar and 2 on the sidewalk OUTSIDE THE TABLE drinking a very specific drink from another establishment. Since we had ordered two unsweetened lemon caipirinhas and came back 40 minutes later with two sugared strawberry caipivodkas. And when we politely asked for others to come (and we paid for others, because they charge on the spot), the waitress knocked her glass off the table and was rude. My friend who attended for more than 5 years is devastated, because she liked it a lot even though she said it was bad, and then the owner yelled at her in a scary way that I preferred to leave because I was scared. Bad management, bad service, clearly a place that wanted to be a nightclub but couldn't. Dark music, the owner says it's always been like this, thinking we're silly or have memory loss, because clearly this RAVE didn't exist before and the reviews here are here to prove it. People who don't know how to run a business, don't know how to serve customers and think they're doing us a favor by "letting" us breathe the air from the PUBLIC sidewalk in front of this pigsty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Charming bar in one of the best spots at BH to meet the night. The guys are very friendly and you will probably see different and good moods every night. The drinks are great and also the sandwiches. There are vegetarian options. In some weekdays you pay 1 drink and get 2.
