Good, cheap food without mizeria! Yellows Lanches is always my first option on Ifood. I hope that Yellows snacks does not change the quality of the food over time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ lanches gostosos e combos maravilhosos, tenho preferência de pedir pelo uber eats que geralmente é mais rápido. Acho que a única coisa que peca é o hot-dog, que é gostoso, mas tem outros lugares que são melhores no mesmo preço. Os combos a partir de 16 reais(pastel, risole e refrigerante) são espetaculares, lachonete boa barata, bem servido os lanches são, coisa para se pedir direto sem medo de vir ruim ou pouco. não esperem pra pedir logo no yellow lanches/kitutes da tia cleide
Delicious snacks and wonderful combos, I prefer to ask for the uber eats which is usually faster. I think the only thing that is wrong is the hot dog, which is tasty, but there are other places that are better at the same price. The combos from 16 reais (pastel, risole and soda) are spectacular, good cheap lachonete, well served the snacks are thing to ask directly without fear of bad or just come. don't wait to order aunt cleide's yellow snacks / kitutes right away

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço totalmente preconceituoso,fiz um pedido para ser entregue no meu apto,e fui informado que não iriam entregar,sendo que a lanchonete fica no mesmo bairro que o meu,e moro em uma principal. Eles mesmo formam uma ideia de preconceito sobre entregas e de onde se mora,se a lanchonete e no mesmo bairro,como explicar tal atitude?
Totally prejudiced service, I placed an order to be delivered to my apartment, and I was informed that they would not deliver, since the cafeteria is in the same neighborhood as mine, and I live in a main one. They even form an idea of prejudice about deliveries and where they live, if the cafeteria and in the same neighborhood, how to explain this attitude?

Fiz um pedido de 4 pastéis (2 pizza, 1 frango e 1 chocolate).
Foi entregue numa sacola única.
Os pastéis não tinha o nome do sabor e a priori não notei que havia somente 3 (2 frangos e um misto).
Comi o primeiro de frango.
Minha esposa pegou um pensando que era de pizza mas era um misto.
Neste momento notei que estava faltando um pastel. Pensei que o terceiro era de pizza mas era de frango..
Liguei no estabelecimento pra explicar o ocorrido.. fizeram algumas pergunta mas informaram que o estabelecimento havia fechado... que num próximo pedido poderia solicitar o desconto daquilo que fui lesado...
Tentei classificar o meu pedido e dar uma nota ao estabelecimento, mas CANCELARAM MEU PEDIDO (sem estornar o valor) e não pude dar a nota e colocar o relato da péssima experiência que tive.
Enfim, além de enviarem um pedido errado o atendimento e solução foram péssimos e o estabelecimento ainda usou de malícia para não ter sua nota rebaixada.

Resposta a Yellows Lanches:
Primeiro, não comi todo o lanche eu comi os pastéis que eram iguais ao sabores que pedi.
Segundo, que não foi após 1 hora do expediente encerrado, eu liguei na msm hora pra vcs.
Terceiro, que não ficou nada alinhado que eu retornaria em um segundo pedido e teria meu desconto, afinal, com o péssimo atendimento não terá mais pedidos com vcs.
Não é meu objetivo rebaixá-los, mas como cliente tenho todo de direito de reclamação, até pq chegou nesse ponto, por falta do não atendimento a minha reclamação.
Não preciso que devolvam o valor, mas por favor melhorem e tenham mais atenção no serviço de vcs.

I ordered 4 pastries (2 pizza, 1 chicken and 1 chocolate).
It was delivered in a single bag.
The pastries did not have the name of the flavor and a priori I did not notice that there were only 3 (2 chickens and a mixed).
I ate the first chicken.
My wife got one thinking it was pizza but it was a joint.
At this point I noticed that a pastel was missing. I thought the third one was pizza but it was chicken ..
I called the establishment to explain what happened .. they asked some questions but informed that the establishment had closed ... that in a next order I could ask for a discount on what I was injured ...
I tried to classify my order and give a rating to the establishment, but they CANCELED MY ORDER (without reversing the amount) and I could not give the rating and put the report of the bad experience I had.
Anyway, in addition to sending a wrong request, the service and solution were terrible and the establishment even used malice to not have its note downgraded.

Response to Yellows Lanches:
First, I didn’t eat all the snacks I ate the pastries that were the same as the flavors I ordered.
Second, that it wasn't after 1 hour of working hours, I called you at the same time.
Third, that there was nothing aligned that I would return in a second order and get my discount, after all, with the terrible service you will not have more orders with you.
It is not my goal to demote them, but as a customer I have every right to complain, until I got to that point, due to the lack of response to my complaint.
I don't need you to return the amount, but please improve and pay more attention to your service.
