★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento e serviço nota 10. Meu carro estava estacionado e sofreu uma colisão, quando cheguei no local o motorista que colidiu não estava. Acionei a assistência 24h da YES que enviou um reboque em aproximadamente 30 minutos. No dia seguinte já estavam consertando meu carro, sem burocracia. Pra finalizar, meu carro ficou pronto exatamente no prazo estipulado e em perfeito estado. Obrigado Robson e time YES pela educação e agilidade no atendimento.
Attendance and service grade 10. My car was parked and suffered a collision, when I arrived at the location the driver who collided was not there. I called YES 24h assistance which sent a tow truck in approximately 30 minutes. The next day they were already fixing my car, no bureaucracy. Finally, my car was ready exactly on time and in perfect condition. Thank you Robson and YES team for the education and agility in the service.
