Sem contar que você liga, fica 20 minutos pendurada no telefone e quando chega sua vez de ser atendido, cai a ligação.
Procurem uma melhor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou usando há um mês e já estou arrependido de ter contratado essa internet, a conexão sempre cai no período da noite, justo a hora que chego em casa pra estudar. Já é a segunda vez que fico sem internet dois dias seguidos. Estou me sentindo muito prejudicado, fora que o suporte é horrível. Só esperar vencer o contrato e Tchau pra nunca mais.
I've been using it for a month and I'm already regretting having hired this internet, the connection always goes down at night, just when I get home to study. This is the second time I have been without internet for two days in a row. I'm feeling very disadvantaged, and the support is horrible. Just hope to win the contract and bye never again.

Fora que eles já deixam os boletos todos prontos para você não ter dor de cabeça para pagar.

Apart from that they already leave the tickets all ready so you don't have a headache to pay.

Bad internet, it drops all the time and when you call to complain they say they'll send the technician and the technician doesn't come. You claim something that is within your rights and they treat you like trash. Horrible I hope this internet broke

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todo final de semana não tenho Internet,feriado também, aliás se algum dia chover ou ao menos ventar acabou a Internet, ligo para eles ninguém atende e quando atende que é muito difícil, falam com você sem nenhuma educação, não respeitam o cliente, ficam falando pra aumentar o plano, como que vou aumentar o plano de uma Internet que nem funciona ? Você paga e não recebe nem a metade de Internet.
No wpp eles demoram demais por exemplo você manda msg às 10:00hrs reclamando que está sem Internet e até as 12:00hrs eles não responderam, enquanto isso estou sem Internet em casa tenho que pagar pelo plano do meu celular ,sendo que pago para ter Internet em casa porém pago algo que não recebo, não indico essa empresa pra ninguém, péssima Internet, péssimo atendimento.
Every weekend I don't have Internet, holidays too, in fact if it ever rains or at least winds the Internet, I call them nobody answers and when they answer it's very difficult, they talk to you without any politeness, they don't respect the customer, they stay talking to increase the plan, how am I going to increase the plan of an Internet that doesn't even work? You pay and you don't even get half of the Internet.
On wpp they take too long, for example, you send a message at 10:00 hrs complaining that there is no Internet and until 12:00 hrs they did not respond, meanwhile I have no Internet at home I have to pay for my cell phone plan, and I pay to have it Internet at home but I pay for something I don't receive, I don't recommend this company to anyone, bad Internet, bad service.
