Solicitei a desistência do pacote, pois além do tratamento ter sido uma péssima experiência, a esteticista que me atendeu foi bastante rude. Além de ter sido mal atendida, não tive o meu dinheiro devolvido, ao contrário eles ficam com 30% do valor do procedimento, mais as sessões que são contatadas, mesmo que a cliente não tenha realizado ou tenha sofrido lesões dermatológicas. Prejuízo e desrespeito! Até hoje estou pagando sem ter utilizado!

In addition to being poorly attended, I did not get my money back, on the contrary, they keep 30% of the value of the procedure, plus the sessions that are contacted, even if the client has not performed or has suffered dermatological injuries. Harm and disrespect! To this day I'm paying without having used it!
