Professor Paul offers an integral yoga practice that takes care of body, mind and spirit. It works on energetic and emotional aspects, bringing balance and vigor to deal with routine and daily challenges. I have been practicing on Wednesday mornings and realize that well-being remains throughout the day. Do a careful and personalized work, respecting the limits of each one. I recommend!
