★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Espaço tranquilo e agradável para fazer aulas de yoga com muito foco. A sala tem tatame e o grupo de praticantes costuma ser menor, assim o instrutor consegue dedicar-se a cada aluno.
O instrutor Alfredo é uma pessoa muito simpática, explicando tudo e dando atenção para quem tá na sua primeira aula e, ao mesmo tempo, desafiando os mais avançados na prática :) ótimo se vc quiser começar com o yoga...e também tem aulas de kick-boxe feminino e pole dance!
Quiet and pleasant space to take yoga classes with a lot of focus. The room has tatami mat and the group of practitioners is usually smaller, so the instructor can dedicate himself to each student.
Instructor Alfredo is a very friendly person, explaining everything and paying attention to whoever is in his first class and, at the same time, challenging the most advanced in practice :) great if you want to start with yoga ... and also have classes kick-boxing and pole dance!
