Perguntei ao chefe se era isso mesmo e ele meio que assumiu que sim. Sei que a vida não está fácil com a pandemia, mas isso é horrível, super anti higiênico
I bought a flavor and saw the attendant remove you afterwards a quantity that came in my jar. So far, so good. Only I saw her putting it in another pot to return it to the machine! I asked the boss if that was it and he kind of assumed it was. I know that life is not easy with the pandemic, but this is horrible, super unhygienic

A moça ofereceu ao cliente um sabor para que ele experimentasse, e é óbvio que ele teve que tirar a máscara para isso... no mesmo momento este outro atendente falou para que ele colocasse a máscara e ele colocou, porém o atendente continuou falando sobre a máscara de um jeito muito grosseiro e chegou a chamar o cliente de "IDIOTA" pois ele havia desistido de comprar o iogurte. Também desisti da compra!
Outraged by the way the attendant treated the customer. The girl offered the client a taste for him to try, and it is obvious that he had to remove the mask for that ... at the same moment this other attendant told him to put on the mask and he did, but the attendant continued talking about the mask in a very rude way and even called the customer "IDIOT" because he had given up on buying yogurt. I also gave up on the purchase!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A qualidade do sorvete da Yoggi é sensacional. Com certeza a qualidade dos produtos é o diferencial para as demais marcas. Infelizmente é caro, isso é inegável, mas recomendo a todos que vejam o preço por 100g antes de sair enchendo os potes.
Yoggi's ice cream quality is sensational. Certainly the quality of the products is the differential for other brands. Unfortunately it's expensive, that's undeniable, but I recommend everyone to see the price per 100g before going out and filling the pots.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gosto muito dos sorvetes e do açaí da Yoggi, mas o atendimento deixou a desejar na vez que comprei presencial. Tem um açaí que custa 19,00 no copo, e ninguém te avisa que é melhor opção do que pesar o copinho. Resumo: comprei metade da quantidade que viria no copo e paguei mais caro. Não pensaram no cliente, só em lucrar o máximo. Não volto mais.
I really like Yoggi's ice cream and açaí, but the service left something to be desired when I bought it in person. There's an açaí that costs 19.00 in the cup, and nobody tells you that it's a better option than weighing the cup. Summary: I bought half the amount that would come in the glass and paid more. They didn't think about the customer, just about making the most of it. I'm not coming back.
