Fundada em agosto de 2016 pelo premiado sushiman Ken Mizumoto, o Yorimichi é uma casa que busca trazer para São Paulo um pouquinho da boemia dos típicos bares do Japão - os izakayas - e seus petiscos.
O ambiente pequeno foi desenvolvido para ser íntimo e aconchegante, oferecendo pequenas porções de tradicionais pratos japoneses que podem ser acompanhadas de uma grande variedade de bebidas como sake, shochu, cervejas e coquetéis, tudo orquestrado de acordo com a famosa hospitalidade japonesa oferecida através de toda nossa querida equipe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This a homophobic place. My husband and I ordered the same kind of Yakitori (Japanese skewer) as another (straight) couple sitting by us. Thirty minutes later, the other table have got three different dishes and we were still waiting for ours. I asked about our order and the waiter never got back to us after saying he was going to check on it. We left after paying for two beers. No apologies from any of the staff. Way to go Yorimichi! You made sure to make us not come back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very authentic and serving high quality Japanese dishes, Izakaya Yorimichi is definitely worth a visit. There are a good amount of counter seats on the ground floor, with booths for larger groups upstairs. Be sure to call and make a reservation (helps if you have a Portuguese or Japanese speaker) as they are very busy.
The main attraction in terms of food are the skewers, but go hungry and try a wide variety of items. Although I didn't partake in alcoholic beverages, the sake selection was pretty impressive and you'll find something to enjoy.
