Só tive problemas com o veículo que ao retirar estava com pneus carecas, a bateria durou 2 meses, apareceu uma multa depois de um tempo além do carro apresentar vários problemas elétricos. Pela falta de experiência na época acabei assumindo esses custos.
Good service and fast deals. I only had problems with the vehicle that when removing it had bald tires, the battery lasted 2 months, a fine appeared after a while besides the car had several electrical problems. Due to the lack of experience at the time, I ended up assuming these costs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Difícil comunicação por whats e/ou e-mail. Em tempos de pandemia, acredito que o contato virtual deveria ser mais eficiente, pois eu não vou até o local sem saber mais sobre o veiculo e/ou possíveis tipos de negociação.
Enviei 5 perguntas, foi respondido apenas uma, então fiz uma nova pergunta, e após dois dias não obtive resposta.
Não recomendo a loja, se precisa fazer uma análise inicial ou até um pós venda por whats e/ou e-mail.
Difficult to communicate by whats and / or email. In times of pandemic, I believe that virtual contact should be more efficient, as I do not go to the place without knowing more about the vehicle and / or possible types of negotiations.
I sent 5 questions, only one was answered, then I asked a new question, and after two days I got no answer.
