Deixaram o cabelo dela com trocentas com diferentes e ela só foi lá apenas retovar a cor das luzes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz luzes em outro salão no sábado dia 6/4 e ficou péssimo, meu cabelo ficou todo manchado e etc. Lembrei do salão You Beauty e liguei no domingo para saber se poderiam me atender. Prontamente fui atendida pelo telefone e falei com o cabeleireiro Hairo que foi o máximooooooooooo, um suuuuuper profissional. Cheguei no salão as 16:30h e ficamos até quase 23h ( o salão fechava 21h). Meu cabelo ficou impecável, o Hairo com todo o seu profissionalismo e técnica conseguiu refazer as luzes e ficou maravilhoso. Quem gosta do que faz ganha destaque. Hairo você vai longeeeeeeeeeeeeee! Parabéns para o salão You Beauty! Hoje voltei para lavar e escovar e não podi ser diferente, tratamento VIP. Beijos Carolina Teles!
I did lights in another room on Saturday, 6/4 and it got really bad, my hair was all stained and so on. I remembered You Beauty and called on Sunday to see if they could see me. I was promptly answered by the telephone and I spoke with hairdresser Hairo, who was the ultimateoooooooooo, a professional suuuuuper. I arrived in the lounge at 4:30 p.m. and stayed until almost 11:00 p.m. (the room closed at 9:00 p.m.). My hair was impeccable, Hairo with all his professionalism and technique managed to redraw the lights and it was wonderful. Those who like what they do gain prominence. Hairo you will longeeeeeeeeeeeeee! Congratulations to the You Beauty salon! Today I came back to wash and brush and it could not be different, VIP treatment. Kisses Carolina Teles!

Fui ao salão realizar apenas o corte, onde a lavagem estava inclusa, o prestador de serviço apenas jogou água nos meus cabelos, alegando que já tínhamos lavado em casa e ao finalizar o corte o mesmo se quer me perguntou se queria secar o cabelo, já foi realizando o procedimento. Quando fui pagar, o valor seria o corte de cabelo mais a secagem, ao questionar que não foi me perguntado se queria, fui respondida que todo salão é cobrado e todos sabem disso. Me senti enganada, fiz o pagamento mas nunca mais retornarei, o código de defesa do consumidor deixa explícito que deve ser descrito todos os procedimento e valores a serem cobrados a parte. Depois de feito que sabemos que será cobrado à parte, deixando o cliente coagido e se sentindo errado, até onde conheço sempre me foi descrito e ofertado antes de ser feito os procedimentos, péssima experiência

When I went to pay, the amount would be the haircut plus drying, when I asked that I wasn't asked if I wanted it, I was told that every salon is charged and everyone knows that. I felt cheated, I made the payment but I will never return, the consumer protection code makes it clear that all procedures and amounts to be charged separately must be described. After doing what we know will be charged separately, leaving the customer coerced and feeling wrong, as far as I know it was always described and offered to me before the procedures were done, bad experience
