Faz dias que não falam nada sobre o meu pedido prazo de entrega eram de 8 dias, já dobrou o prazo de entrega, e pior ninguém me responde em lugar nenhum sobre o meu pedido. Simplesmente horrível, horroroso, péssimo atendimento, péssima entrega.
Do not buy from youcom (virtual store). They stole from me. It's been days since they said anything about my order. The delivery time was 8 days, the delivery time has already doubled, and worse nobody answers me anywhere about my order. Simply horrible, horrible, lousy service, lousy delivery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achei o atendimento da loja do Pátio Cianê maravilhosa,totalmente diferente da do shopping Iguatemi, onde os vendedores só sabem te chamar de "Querida (o)" mas enfim,a avaliação é sobre a do Pátio Cianê, as roupas são de ótima qualidade e acompanham as tendências e tem para todos os gostos, acredito que os valores apesar de ñ serem baixos,também ñ são nada exorbitantes,e pela qualidade das roupas que são perfeitas,vale o valor pago. Então ñ tenho como avaliar mal essa loja,porque tanto as roupas quanto o atendimento são muito bons.
I thought the service at the Pátio Cianê store was wonderful, totally different from the one at the Iguatemi mall, where the sellers only know how to call you "Dear (o)" but anyway, the evaluation is about the one at Pátio Cianê, the clothes are of great quality and follow the trends and have for all tastes, I believe that the values, despite not being low, are also not exorbitant, and for the quality of the clothes that are perfect, it is worth the amount paid. So I can't evaluate this store badly, because both the clothes and the service are very good.
