Tentei ligar 1000 vezes pra empresa, mas ninguém atendeu ... motoqueiro veio sem o troco e não deixou o meu pedido. Depois de alguns minutos a atendente ligou e disse q esse é o procedimento padrão. . Ela perguntou se eu queria o pedido novamente e eu disse q sim, esperei por 2 horas e o motoqueiro nunca voltou com o pedido. Neste meio tempo liguei diversas vezes para a loja ... e como antes ninguém atendeu. Péssima experiência, não recomendo mesmo!
I made 1 request for the App, in fact the first. Well ... the App didn't ask if I wanted change. I tried to call the company 1000 times, but no one answered ... biker came without change and didn't leave my order. After a few minutes the attendant called and said that this is the standard procedure. . She asked if I wanted the order again and I said yes, I waited for 2 hours and the biker never came back with the order. In the meantime I called the store several times ... and as before, no one answered. Bad experience, I really don't recommend it!
