Uma Marca muito bem conceituada no Ceará e acredito que também no Brasil. Infelizmente não é mais uma marca cearense, nacional, o grupo Teles vendeu, há alguns anos, sua marca Ypióca para um Grupo Inglês. Esse marca têm diversos produtos alcoólicas e não alcoólicas. O Eco Parque ainda contínua na família Teles. Tem sua sede na capital.

A Brand very well regarded in Ceará and I believe that also in Brazil. Unfortunately it is no longer a Ceará national brand, the Teles group sold its Ypióca brand for an English Group a few years ago. This brand has several alcoholic and non-alcoholic products. The Eco Park is still continuous in the Teles family. It has its headquarters in the capital.

Envio este e mail, infelizmente para alertar sobre a falta de pagamento em saldo de de frete, feito através do contrato número 12423 de 05/10/2017.
Com referido canhoto do contrato recebido em 01/11/2017 pela fb transportes.
Devo alertar ainda, sobre a coorresponssabilidade da empresa Ypioca bem como da Diageo, quanto ao pagamento da dívida, cuja lei, enviarei abaixo.
Muito desagradável, termos que cobrar uma conta que nao supre as despezas de retorno, pois, o valor pago, além de ser em cheques pré datados, temos que nos incomodar, enviando e mails para todos responssáveis cobrando o saldo.
Espero que com o envio deste, eu tenha alguma resposta dos srs.
Sem embargo, a Lei nº. 11.442/2007 prevê, em seu art. 5º-A, § 2º, a responsabilidade solidária entre o contratante (ypioca) e o subcontratante (fb cargas) de pagar a remuneração devida ao transportador autônomo de cargas (Notificante), mediante crédito em conta corrente, senão vejamos:
Art. 5o-A. O pagamento do frete do transporte de cargas ao Transportador Autônomo de Cargas - TAC deverá ser efetuado por meio de crédito em conta de depósitos mantida em instituição bancária ou por outro meio de pagamento regulamentado pela Agência Nacional de Transportes Terrestres - ANTT.
§ 1o [...].
§ 2o O contratante e o subcontratante dos serviços de transporte rodoviário de cargas, assim como o cossignatário e o proprietário da carga, são solidariamente responsáveis pela obrigação prevista no caput deste artigo, resguardado o direito de regresso destes contra os primeiros.

However, Law no. 11,442 / 2007 provides, in its art. 5-A, § 2, the joint and several liability between the contractor (ypioca) and the subcontractor (fb loads) to pay the remuneration due to the autonomous cargo carrier (Notifier), by means of a credit to a current account, otherwise we see:
