★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostamos do atendimento. Meu cachorro quando voltou da tosa ficou dias chorando como e tivesse com algum trauma, foi preciso leva-lo ao veterinário e ser medicado. Não recomendo!!!
We don't like the service. When my dog came back from the grooming he was crying for days like he had some trauma, it was necessary to take him to the vet and be medicated. I do not recommend!!!

Eles são atenciosos, te respeitam e ainda respondem rápido pelo whatsapp. Não bastasse os produtos de qualidade e os preços acessíveis, todos são muito gentis! Pode esperar o melhor desse lugar, eu só compro lá!
Every time I get in touch with them, either in person or online, there's no way to describe it! They are attentive, respect you and still respond quickly by whatsapp. Quality products and affordable prices weren't enough, everyone is very kind! You can expect the best from this place, I just buy there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu amava levar meu cachorro lá mas começaram a deixar agua entrar no ouvido dele , conversei com a moça que dava banho nele mas mesmo assim as vezes o ouvido dele inflamava , da última vez que mandei ele pedi para fazer a tosa bebe e machucaram a barriga dele com a maquininha , chegou em casa e ficava coçando no lugar aonde tinha machucado tive que colocar a roupa de castração nele para n machucar mais a barriga , ele teve que tomar até medicamento para dor , nunca mais levo ele lá ( olhem bem o seu pet quando chegarem de lá)
I loved to take my dog there but they started to let water into his ear, I talked to the girl who bathed him but even so sometimes his ear inflamed, the last time I sent him he asked to do the baby grooming and his belly hurt of him with the machine, he came home and was scratching in the place where he had hurt I had to put the castration clothes on him so he wouldn't hurt his belly anymore, he even had to take pain medication, I'll never take him there again (look at his pet when they get there)
