★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo de jeito nenhum! Fiz o pedido pelo Ifood mais de 1 hora de atraso mandei mensagens no chat, como não
tive resposta liguei, e só passei ainda mais raiva a "atendente" ou melhor o projeto de atendente (pqe a pessoa foi ZERO profissional) depois que me disse que o pedido ainda NEM TINHA SAÍDO e eu reclamei do fato deles não responderem o chat e o fato do telefone deles que esta no ifood não completar a ligação... Acreditem se quiser a "atendente" se fez de doida e ficou "muda" no telefone, fingiu que não estava me ouvindo e me deixou falando sozinha, eu pedi pra fazer o cancelamento e eles não fizeram, e pra fechar com chave de ouro meu marido teve que ir no estabelecimento pra cancelar e eles ainda vieram com história de que não sabiam fazer cancelamento.
Sinceramente foi uma sucessão de erros mais o atendimento foi onqie me deixou mais indignada, que o dono posso revisar muito bem o atendimento pqe de nada adianta um lugar bacana e um comida legal se o atendimento é um LIXO!
I don't recommend it at all! I made the order by Ifood more than 1 hour late, I sent messages in the chat, how not
I had a response, I called, and I only got even more angry with the "attendant" or better the attendant project (because the person was ZERO professional) after he told me that the request was NOT EVEN OUT and I complained about the fact that they did not answer the chat and the fact that their phone is on ifood doesn’t complete the call ... Believe me, if the "attendant" was crazy and was "dumb" on the phone, she pretended she wasn’t listening and left me talking to myself, I asked her to do the cancellation and they didn’t, and to close with a flourish my husband had to go to the establishment to cancel and they still came with a history that they didn’t know how to cancel.
Honestly it was a succession of errors but the service was onqi made me more indignant, that the owner can very well review the service because there is no point in a nice place and a nice food if the service is a WASTE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O lanche é muito bom, mas achei o combo caro pois veio um copo pequeno de refrigerante no combo, no McDonald's eu pagaria o mesmo valor e teria tomado um refrigerante muito maior.
The snack is very good, but I thought the combo was expensive because there was a small glass of soda in the combo, at McDonald's I would have paid the same amount and would have had a much larger soda.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ hoje pedi dois milk shake um de coco outro de morango e deu 27 reais junto com a entrega eu pedi troco pra 50. o motoboy chegou ao local e apareceu com três milk shake de coco. eu não culpo ele mas eu fiz outro pedido e veio errado o meu. e ele ainda tinha o troco certinho para o valor dos três sabendo que nem era três. Eu só aceitei porque TB não tinha trocado mais nem ele. fora isso nem iria aceita não eu não gostei da situação e essa é minha reclamação
today i ordered two coconut milk shakes another strawberry and it gave 27 reais with the delivery I asked for change for 50. the motoboy arrived at the place and appeared with three coconut milk shakes. i don't blame him but i made another request and mine came wrong. and he still had the right change for the value of the three, knowing it wasn't even three. I only accepted it because TB hadn’t changed it either. other than that I wouldn't even accept it I didn't like the situation and that's my complaint

maior e mais gostoso do que os fast foods tradicionais, ambiente aconchegante, bonito, calmo, limpo.
Valor se assemelha as grandes redes.
Tempo de preparo é médio, assim como o atendimento. se melhorar nesses 2 quesitos seria 5 estrelas.
Snack is very good!
bigger and tastier than traditional fast foods, cozy, beautiful, calm, clean environment.
Value resembles the big networks.
Preparation time is average, as is the service. if it improves in these 2 aspects it would be 5 stars.

Negativos : a.musica no salão estava muito alto , o combo é caro ,a partir de 30 vem batata e refrigerante pequenos, de sabor nada diferente do q comemos por aí, não tem molhinho maionese caseiro .
Positives: Tasty snack, beautiful and cozy environment.
Negatives: the music in the hall was too loud, the combo is expensive, from 30 onwards comes small potatoes and soda, with a flavor nothing different from what we eat there, there is no homemade mayonnaise sauce.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lanchonete bonita, equipamentos novos e modernos tem até autoatendimento. Mas com detalhes que são desanimadores: ambiente com som alto, atendimento não muito prestativo e demorado, a mesa estava muito empoeirada e eu mesmo tive que limpar.
Não gosto de fazer avaliações negativas e acredito que a empresa tem um grande potencial, pretendo voltar novamente e encontrar melhores condições para poder mudar minha avaliação.
Beautiful snack bar, new and modern equipment and even self-service. But with details that are disappointing: environment with loud sound, service not very helpful and time-consuming, the table was very dusty and I had to clean it myself.
I don't like to give negative reviews and I believe that the company has great potential, I intend to come back again and find better conditions to be able to change my assessment.
