Comprei dois sweet garden, onde me garantiram que eram tão resistentes, como a cerâmica de um vaso sanitário!
Ambos foram super mal embrulhados, em apenas uma folha de plástico bolha, e colocados no meu porta malas.
Quando cheguei em casa, um dos sweet garden, estava trincado!
Se recusaram a fazer a troca do mesmo, alegando, que eu poderia ter derrubado o mesmo, ou batido com muita força em algo, enfim...
Mas, o que me deixou indignada..., a cerâmica não era tão resistente como a de um vaso sanitário???
E no vaso sanitário, nós não batemos todo o momento, vassouras, rodinhos, etc...,
E o vaso trinca fácil assim????
Muita falta de COMPROMETIMENTO com o cliente!
Unfortunately I had a bad experience with this store!
I bought two sweet gardens, where they assured me that they were as resistant, like the ceramic of a toilet!
Both were super badly wrapped, in just a sheet of bubble wrap, and placed in my trunk.
When I got home, one of the sweet garden was cracked!
They refused to exchange it, claiming that I could have dropped it, or hit something very hard, anyway ...
But, what made me indignant ..., the ceramic was not as resistant as that of a toilet bowl ???
And on the toilet, we don't hit all the time, brooms, wheels, etc ...,
And the pot cracked that easy ????
Much lack of COMMITMENT to the customer!
