Dentre os inúmeros problemas enfrentados, sem dúvida o pior é com relação aos boletos. Alegando "falha" do repasse entre proprietário / imobiliária, em um mês você paga o mínimo de leitura, e no outro mês você é surpreendido com a diferença a ser paga no outro mês, em resumo... todo mês uma caixinha de surpresa!!
Além disto, enfrentei problemas na rede elétrica do imóvel, e somente após 03 meses de conversas, agendamentos não cumpridos e desculpas, fui informado que eles não cobriam este serviço, e teríamos que encaminhar alguns orçamentos para verem com os proprietários se iriam fazer ou não.
Em resumo da MINHA experiência, Z10 só se preocupa com os proprietários dos imóveis e se esquecem que os inquilinos também são seus clientes. Se você é dono de imóvel está no local certo, agora se é inquilino .......
Como bem dito, essa foi a MINHA experiência.
Without a doubt the worst experience I've ever had with real estate.
Among the numerous problems faced, without a doubt the worst is related to slips. Alleging "failure" in the transfer between owner / real estate, in one month you pay the minimum reading, and in another month you are surprised with the difference to be paid in another month, in short... every month a little surprise box! !
In addition, I faced problems in the property's electrical network, and only after 03 months of conversations, missed appointments and excuses, I was informed that they did not cover this service, and we would have to send some budgets to see with the owners whether they would do it or not .
In summary from MY experience, Z10 only cares about homeowners and they forget that tenants are also their customers. If you are a property owner you are in the right place, now you are a tenant .......
As well said, this was MY experience.

É péssima corretora
Despreza os clientes e não tem respeito nenhum com os interessados.
Liberou a casa para outro cliente sem avisar quem tinha reservado o imovel antes. Sem falar do PIX de 33,00 reais que você tem que fazer para a imobiliaria verificar seu CPF.....affff .
Não recomendo. Há inúmeras outras imobiliárias melhores em Indaiatuba.

I want to leave here my dissatisfaction with LIA brokerage.
It's a bad broker
He despises customers and has no respect for stakeholders.
Released the house to another client without notifying whoever had booked the property before. Not to mention the PIX of 33.00 reais that you have to do for the real estate company to verify your CPF.....affff.
I do not recommend. There are countless other better real estate agencies in Indaiatuba.
Don't waste time!!!
