★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz o pedido via Ifood, o pedido foi aceito e depois de 1:30 hs recebo uma mensagem sobre a forma de pagamento, e cancelaram o pedido sem a mínima consideração ou propor outra forma de pagamento. Achei de um desrespeito absurdo.
 I placed the order via Ifood, the order was accepted and after 1:30 pm I received a message about the method of payment, and the order was canceled without the slightest consideration or proposing another method of payment. I thought it was an absurd disrespect.

המנהלת לא הייתה נחמדה בכלל ולא נתנה שירות.
המקום לא נראה כמו בתמונות ובנוסף לא היו לה תפריטים בכלל.
The dishes were not fresh and portions remained frozen (apparently heated in the microwave)
The principal was not nice at all and did not provide service.
The place did not look like in the pictures and in addition she had no menus at all.

No entanto, ontem fiz um pedido e ao telefone, depois de perguntar o preço aos colegas, o atendente me informou que o pedido seria 32,50. Na hr de pagar, porém, o valor cobrado no foi 40. Liguei para entender o que havia acontecido e falaram que o preço havia sido ajustado na véspera e que se eu n quisesse bastava não pagar. Penso que erros assim devem ser assumidos pelo estabelecimento, não deixar o consumidor numa situação de pagar ou ficar sem a comida (eu estava morrendo de fome e comprei, mas não vou mais comer no estabelecimento).
Por uns trocados perderam um cliente recorrente, uma grande pena.
Kafta snack is small, but the food is very tasty, especially the garlic paste. However, yesterday I placed an order and on the phone, after asking my colleagues for the price, the attendant informed me that the order would be 32.50. When paying, however, the amount charged was not 40. I called to understand what had happened and they said that the price had been adjusted the day before and that if I didn't want to, I just didn't pay. I think that mistakes like this should be made by the establishment, not leaving the consumer in a situation of paying or running out of food (I was starving and bought it, but I will no longer eat at the establishment).
For a few bucks they lost a recurring customer, a great pity.

No segundo pedido, estava ok.
Hoje, no terceiro, além de não mandarem a bebida, o homus estava estragado. Daí você vai no chat do iFood conversar com o restaurante. Simplesmente fecham o chat.
Um dia eu vou pessoalmente e, com a vigilância, fazer a reclamação...
First order, great! Tasty, well served, etc.
On the second order, it was ok.
Today, on the third, in addition to not sending the drink, the hummus was spoiled. Then you go to the iFood chat to talk to the restaurant. They simply close the chat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ fui ao estabelecimento pedir e esperei sair a comida. O atendimento foi rápido, e o chegar em casa, pareceu tudo muito bonito e saboroso, até provar. A salada estava passada, com sabor estranho. A esfiha de berinjela veio pouquissimo recheio, e a de espinafre também, com um espinafre super esquisito dentro. Os alimentos não pareciam nada frescos, e ainda muito secos.
I went to the establishment to order and waited for the food to come out. The service was fast, and when I got home, everything looked very beautiful and tasty, until I tasted it. The salad was overdone, with a strange taste. The eggplant esfiha had very little filling, and the spinach too, with a super weird spinach inside. The food didn't look fresh at all, and still very dry.
