★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento pelo pessoal que faz a entrega, eles jogam o material de qualquer jeito na rua e querem cobrar à parte se vc pedir para colocar o material para dentro. Entendo que os entregadores não tem obrigação de carregar o material para dentro quando o acesso é difícil mas educação é o básico, isso os entregadores não têm. Outra coisa, eles empurram metade do tijolo e cobram como inteiro, ou seja, te enganam, não perguntam e dizem que você que tem de saber. Se você compra 400 tijolos quer receber 400 tijolos, não 360 tijolos e 40 metades de tijolos. Não compro mais, prefiro pagar mais caro do que colaborar com uma empresa sem profissionalismo e respeito pelo cliente.
Terrible service by the delivery personnel, they throw the material in the street anyway and want to charge separately if you ask to put the material inside. I understand that couriers have no obligation to carry the material inside when access is difficult, but education is the basics, this the couriers do not have. Another thing, they push half the brick and charge as a whole, that is, they deceive you, they don't ask and say that you have to know. If you buy 400 bricks you want to receive 400 bricks, not 360 bricks and 40 brick halves. I don't buy anymore, I prefer to pay more than to collaborate with a company without professionalism and respect for the customer.
