★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realizei hoje uma compra em Zani madeiras Parnamirim, mas quando cheguei em casa vi que o produto q comprei paguei o valor q eles pediram veio mal cortado deixando duas peças deformadas inviabilizando meu projeto, sendo dois metros danificados.
Não comprei resto não, pq é o q parece. A Zani madeiras já deve mais qualidade e atenção com o produto a ser entregue ao cliente. ????
Obs: Fui muito bem atendido pelo vendedor q não tem nada a vê com a parte externa da madeireira.
Pessoal hj 27/11/2020 estou aqui na Zani para realizar a troca desses dois metros ruins da foto, e foi trocado sem problema algum, então dou meus parabéns a empresa, mas vou deixar o relato tô problema aqui para q não se repita e q eles tenham mais cuidado. Estou postando mais uma foto com as duas madeiras boas trocadas na frente da loja comi forma de problema resolvido.
I made a purchase today in Zani woods Parnamirim, but when I got home I saw that the product I bought paid the amount they asked for it came badly cut leaving two deformed pieces making my project unfeasible, two meters being damaged.
I didn't buy any rest, because that's what it looks like. Zani woods already owes more quality and attention with the product to be delivered to the customer. ????
Note: I was very well attended by the seller who has nothing to do with the outside of the timber.
Guys today 11/27/2020 I'm here at Zani to make the exchange of these two bad meters of the photo, and it was changed without any problem, so I congratulate the company, but I'll leave the report I'm having a problem here so that it doesn't happen again they be more careful. I'm posting another photo with the two good woods exchanged in front of the store.
