★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo! Não entregam laudo de vistoria. Inquilino saiu do imóvel deixando dividas e reparos a serem feitos e a imobiliária não fez nada... Acredito que só será possível resolver judicialmente
Terrible! They do not deliver inspection report. Tenant left the property leaving debts and repairs to be made and the real estate has not done anything ... I think it will only be possible to resolve in court

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No cumplen con lo pactado, las casas que alquilan no estan en condiciones que las muestras por foto y despues No se hacen cargo. No son confiables. No responden a los reclamos. No recomiendo.
They do not comply with the agreement, the houses they rent are not in conditions that the samples by photo and then they do not take charge. They are not reliable. They do not respond to claims. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo. Inquilino deixou a casa com vários reparos a serem feitos, piso laminado com buracos e a imobiliária alega desgaste natural e não me devolve o caução. Não fazem vistoria, não entregam laudo. Serviço de péssima qualidade.
Lousy service. Tenant left the house with several repairs to be done, laminated floor with holes and the real estate agent claims natural wear and does not return the security deposit. They do not survey, they do not deliver a report. Poor quality service.
