★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sempre gostei de comer no ZAP,mas hj tive a infelicidade de ver um funcionário conversando em cima da chapa onde fazia meu macarrão, estava com a máscara no queixo, o funcionário saiu da loja, voltou, pegou em dinheiro e sem lavar as mãos ou no mínimo passar álcool, voltou a fazer meu pedido. Por fim eu questionei e reclamei, pedi que eu tivesse meu dinheiro de volta ou eu levaria o macarrão mas que de algo acontecer logo após eu comer o macarrão, se o estabelecimento seria responsável, se ocorrer uma intoxicação alimentar ou algo do tipo, se o estabelecimento iria ser responsável, por fim o funcionário na qual
NAO ERA RESPONSÁVEL PELA LOJA PEGOU MEU DINHEIRO E DEVOLVEU. Além de tudo a demora é de mais,ficarem batendo papo é uma falta de respeito com o cliente
Isso sem mencionar que o motoboy saiu da loja e voltou entrando direito na cozinha, segundo o responsável pela loja ele foi para o Caixa....
