★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poorly organized store with clothes that don't reflect the same quality as Zara in Orlando, FL. Today I went with my husband to look at some summer dresses and gifts in Zara Shopping Recife and I found many clothes with sleeves(Recife is really hot) or poor quality, with almost no plus size options, also I reach out a sales person and I asked about the summer dresses and she just pointed to the pieces on the wall racks, the service can’t be compared to Zara in Orlando at all, where the sales people go with you to look for pieces that you describe and they are actually very excited to sell you their products, no wonder why the store was so empty! The store structure itself is also not good, seemed disorganized and there was a security guard in the middle of the store ??? like he was ready to pick up a gun and shoot a thief in the middle of the store(I didn’t saw a gun, but this was our impression). My husband and I felt uncomfortable with that as well, we left the store without even looking for the gifts. This is a waste of space in the mall.
