★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me informaram um preço no whatsapp e na loja física era outro. Ao questionar o preço, a filha da dona (que me informou o preço errado via whatsapp) simplesmente, disse de forma irônica que seria o preço maior, como se estivesse me fazendo um favor.
Indico uma leitura ao código do consumidor, pois, se a loja informou o preço errado a culpa não é do cliente.
They informed me a price on whatsapp and in the physical store it was another. When questioning the price, the owner's daughter (who informed me the wrong price via whatsapp) simply said ironically that it would be the higher price, as if she were doing me a favor.
I indicate a reading of the consumer code, because if the store informed the wrong price, it is not the customer's fault.
