★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como musculação não recomendo: Muito pequena, e a maioria das pessoas não usam máscara. Para natação é bom para crianças menores de 7 anos pois a piscina é pequena, mas é aquecida e coberta.
I don't recommend bodybuilding: Too small, and most people don't wear a mask. For swimming it is good for children under 7 years old as the pool is small but heated and covered.

Family atmosphere, qualified professionals, new and well maintained equipment. Zé is an amazing teacher, for me it is an excellent place to take care of health, make friends and have fun!
