★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuidado! Roupa de baixa qualidade! No final do ano comprei um macacão no valor de R$250,00 (relativamente não muito barato) e o tecido rasgou no primeiro uso. Mandei mensagem no whatsapp da loja na época e fizeram pouco caso, prestando um atendimento bem diferente do momento da venda. Optei por levar em uma costureira por minha conta e foi constatado pela profissional que de fato, o tecido era de baixíssima qualidade. Não comprarei mais nessa loja mais.
Caution! Low quality clothes! At the end of the year I bought a jumpsuit worth R $ 250.00 (relatively not very cheap) and the fabric tore at the first use. I sent a message on the store's whatsapp at the time and they paid little attention, providing a very different service from the time of sale. I chose to take it to a seamstress on my own and it was found by the professional that in fact, the fabric was of very low quality. I won't buy from that store anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente da Zás desde 2019, quando me indicaram a loja. Já comprei presencialmente, via site, via whatsapp e solicitei a malinha. Para mim, o grande diferencial da loja é o antedimento atencioso. Em outros lugares, já fiquei muito desconfortável com a insistência de vendedores para experimentar/comprar peças nas quais eu não estava interessada, algo que nunca imaginei acontecendo na Zás pela educação da equipe. As roupas são maravilhosas e toda vez que presenteio alguém com peças da loja é sucesso puro.
I have been a Zás customer since 2019, when I was referred to the store. I already bought in person, via website, via whatsapp and requested the suitcase. For me, the great differential of the store is the attentive service. Elsewhere, I've been very uncomfortable with salespeople's insistence on trying/buying parts I wasn't interested in, something I never imagined happening at Zás for the education of the staff. The clothes are wonderful and every time I gift someone with pieces from the store, it's pure success.
