★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compramos um imóvel no condomínio Solaris em Marica,porém alguns meses depois desistimos da compra,entramos em contato com a empresa pra fazer o destrato com a sra.Priscila Tosini e a mesma pediu para q retornasse no dia seguinte ,retornei e a mesma disse que não haveria destrato ,não quiseram me dar a documentação do destrato para assinar e não quiseram devolver uma parte da porcentagem já paga e ainda colocaram o nome no Serasa.Depois de muita briga a Priscila retirou o nome do Serasa,isso foi em 6/3/2016 ,e agora dois anos depois em março de 2018 eles incluíram novamente o nome no serasa.Se alguém tiver interesse ou comprando algum imóvel com essa empresa pense duas vezes,pois Não É UMA IMPRESA SÉRIE!Eles não mantém a palavra e falém as coisas com má fé!Empresa desonesta ,estamos no momento acionando a Zayd.
We bought a property in the Solaris condominium in Marica, but a few months later we gave up on the purchase, we contacted the company to make the payment with Mrs. Priscila Tosini and she asked me to return the next day, I returned and she said that there would be no destrato, they did not want to give me the destrato documentation to sign and they did not want to return a part of the percentage already paid and they even put their name on Serasa. / 2016, and now two years later in March 2018 they have added the name to serasa again. If anyone is interested or buying a property with this company, think twice, because IT IS NOT A SERIAL BUSINESS! They don't keep their word and fail things in bad faith! Dishonest company, we are currently suing Zayd.

Worst company the company I work with ever did business. We delivered the project, they never paid and never gave us feedback. I wouldn't trust buying anything from a company that doesn't pay off its debts.
