★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A gerência poderia fornecer troco aos caixas . Por duas vezes passei vergonha na hora de pagar minhas compras , porque a funcionária do caixa não tinha troco e ficou reclamando na frente dos demais clientes.

Pois seria interessante colocar uma pessoa não conhecida do estabelecimento e fazer uma comparação com os ortfruti da região para ver a diferença no tratamento no que direspeito ao atendimento sinceramente deixa a desejar.

Passei por uma caixa que vi pela primeira vez. Ela já estava reclamando da hora que não passava. Reclamou alguma coisa com o cliente que estava na minha frente.
Quando chegou na minha vez, reclamou que eu não tinha uma nota menor pra pagar a conta, e depois reclamou mais ainda pq eu tbm não tinha moedas pra facilitar o troco.
Entendo perfeitamente a dificuldade de dinheiro trocado, tbm já fui comerciante.
Mas acho que os funcionários têm que saberem tratar e falar com os clientes, isso é primordial. Lidar com o público é um dom, que nem todos têm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo sempre compro mas hoje tirei 50 reais no 24 hs comprei batatabe 1 sacola e a caixa se recusou a receber aos exatos 8 :50 da manhã chamou para cancelar a conpra. Sem respeitar o direito do consumidor. Moeda do país e obg a aceitat nao sou cachorro para me mandar vai ai para o outro caixa isso falando com a suposta chefe que em vez de contornar a situação simplesmente fez o que operafora quiz cancelou a compra e me deixou la pasaando vergonha a outra caixa pediu minha batata registrou e me deuo troco de 44 reais a suposta chefe deveria perguntar se a outra caixa tinha como trocar e não deixar a operadora que estava errada sait do caixa avisa ela queproblrma todos tem estou com minha irmaem processo que quimioterapia sofrendo mesmo assim sou sempre Cortez mas sei meu direito sem querer diminuir pois emprego esta dificil elas nao são funcionárias públicas para serem tao arrogante desta forma coisa fácil de resolver causando um transtorno desnecessário
