★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento pelo Delivery é muito fraco. Existe despreparo dos funcionários para atendimento ao cliente. Me pareceu que existe dupla função pois atendente pediu pra retornar outra hora pois nao podia anotar os pedidos pq estava atendendo no caixa.
No retorno devo ter esperando pelo menos uns oito minutos na linha pq ela continuava atender no caixa. E percebi muito desinteresse em me atender nas tres vezes que solicitei foi atendida de maneira similar.
Entrega foi RÁPIDA, isso foi o ponto positivo. Os produtos de boa qualidade, ponto positivo.
Se disponibiliza delivery o atendimento precisa ser de excelência assim como presencial. Façam o teste, solicita pelo telefone e vc percebera que tudo que relatei aqui procede.
Aos responsáveis pelo estabelecimento: Essa dificuldade dos atendentes no atendimento tem solução, da pra resolver. Pq sermos medianos ser podemos ser excelentes?!?
