★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Receptação bem atenciosa e o professor também mas achei a piscina média muito pequena e o cheiro de cloro muito forte meu nariz estava ardendo.
Falta ventilação o ambiente é muito fechado
E o vestiário só tinha um chuveiro para os grandes porque o outra estava com vazamento fui ligar e me molhei inteira começou a espirrar água pra todo lado e também tinha muito homem no vestiário feminino não acho isso legal.
 Reception attentive and the teacher also but I found the pool average very small and the smell of chlorine very strong my nose was burning.
The ventilation is lacking the environment is very closed
And the dressing room only had a shower for the big ones because the other one was leaking I called and got wet all started splashing water everywhere and there was also a lot of man in the women's locker room I do not think that's cool.

Sinto falta de uma melhor organização com os horarios de saida das aulas, pois o vestiario é pqno e as vezes falta espaco para trocar os bebes.
I like the service, the class that is very playful for my 1 year and 4 month old baby...
I miss a better organization with the hours of departure from classes, because the locker room is smug and sometimes there is no space to change babies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisa melhorar a estrutura para a piscina infantil. Às vezes fica muito cheio de pais, o vestiário é pequeno para a quantidade de alunos. De resto, funcionários e professores ótimos!
Need to improve the structure for the children's pool. Sometimes it gets very full of parents, the locker room is small for the amount of students. Otherwise, great staff and teachers!

Fui conhecer junto com o meu esposo e fomos super bem atendidos ou melhor super bem iludidos.. informamos que gostaríamos de fazer aulas de natação (meu marido já fez quando mais novo, então sabe algumas coisas e eu não sei nada e teria que começar do zero ).. também comentamos se eles atendem pessoas portadores de deficiência física (o mesmo não sabe nadar, apenas boiar só que com auxílio) , a moça nos referiu que sim , que era tudo acessível e que os professores eram bem atenciosos em relação a isso.. a mesma tmb nos perguntou se ele teria total disponibilidade pois p ele teria que ser uma aula exclusiva, respondemos que teria sim.. enfim gostamos de tudo q ela "pintou" p nós e marcamos a aula experimental. Foi agendado os três no mesmo horário. Chegando lá fomos super mal recepcionados, não tinha banheiro acessível (para deficiente), a professora nos recebeu super mal, no qual não teve a coragem ou a educação de nos ajudar a coloca- ló na água, sendo grossa e referindo que aquela aula experimental não daria p ser feita, poia ela já estava com outro aluno lá tmb .. a mesma sem paciência , parecendo que a culpa era nossa de estarmos lá fazendo a aula experimental, sendo que foi agendado pela recepcionista.. enfim ficou uma situação super chata, nos sentimos humilhados e decidimos sair da água.. ao tentar sair da água a escadinha estava totalmente solta e quando meu irmão foi sair acabou cortando o joelho... Saímos de frustados ..
Totally disappointed. I went to meet my husband and we were super well attended or rather super well deceived.. we informed that we would like to take swimming lessons (my husband already did it when he was younger, so he knows some things and I don't know anything and would have to start from the zero ).. we also commented if they serve people with physical disabilities (he can't swim, just float, but with help), the girl told us that yes, that everything was accessible and that the teachers were very attentive in relation to that.. the same one asked us if he would have full availability because for him it would have to be an exclusive class, we replied that he would have yes.. anyway we liked everything she "painted" for us and we scheduled the experimental class. All three were scheduled at the same time. When we got there, we were very poorly received, there was no accessible bathroom (for the disabled), the teacher received us very badly, in which she did not have the courage or the politeness to help us put it in the water, being rude and referring that that experimental class it couldn't be done, because she was already there with another student there too.. the same one without patience, looking like it was our fault for being there doing the experimental class, and it was scheduled by the receptionist.. in short, it was a super boring situation , we felt humiliated and decided to get out of the water.. when trying to get out of the water, the ladder was totally loose and when my brother went to get out he ended up cutting his knee... We left frustrated ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente bem decepcionado com e escola. Só não cancelei pois optei pelo plano anual. Você ter que ficar cobrando para eles fazerem o mínimo como as aulas terem 30 minutos conforme o contrato. Dizem que as avaliações são de 4 em 4 meses para mudar de toca. Meu filho está a 6 meses e nada.. Eu fui atrás pra saber e falaram, a foi culpa do professor. Ele esqueceu de Avaliar seu filho.. Sem Comentários.
Unfortunately very disappointed with and school. I just didn't cancel because I opted for the annual plan. You have to keep charging them to do the minimum as the classes have 30 minutes according to the contract. They say assessments are every 4 months to change den. My son is 6 months old and nothing.. I went back to find out and they said, it was the teacher's fault. He forgot to Rate his son.. No Comments.
