Caiu muito a qualidade da pizza, que já não vale o que custa.
Hoje foi o último pedido que fiz... A pizza veio quase sem cobertura e a bebida veio quente. Vou ter que comer a pizza a seco enquanto o refri gela.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando abriu era diferenciada: pizza recheada com sabores interessantes. Pedi pizza há um mes e meio atras e alem da pizza demorar 2 horas pra chegar, o padrão diminuiu: bem menos recheada com ingredientes piores (azeitona péssima). Hoje pedi novamente pra dar uma terceira chance e pra minha surpresa, além da pizza estar quase sem recheio e muito mal cortada, pedi uma bebida que veio quente. Ao ligar na pizzaria, pedimos pra chamar o gerente e falamos com a atendente que disse ir chamar. Logo em seguida ela retornou dizendo que ela era a gerente, dando a entender que estava mentindo (se ela era a gerente porque nao se apresentou como tal quando foi questionada?). No fim das contas ninguem nos apresentou uma solução decente e ainda deram a desculpa que tiveram problema com fornecedor (nao vendesse então, uma vez que nao conseguiriam entregar a bebida gelada). Não se retrataram e ainda nao trouxeram o cupom vale pizza. Por isso, minha nota é essa.
Dica: se não cuidarem do pos vendas, não vai ficar aberto por muito tempo.
When it opened it was different: pizza stuffed with interesting flavors. I ordered pizza a month and a half ago and in addition to the pizza taking 2 hours to arrive, the standard has decreased: much less stuffed with worse ingredients (terrible olives). Today I asked again to give a third chance and to my surprise, in addition to the pizza being almost without filling and very badly cut, I ordered a drink that came hot. When calling at the pizzeria, we asked to call the manager and talked to the attendant who said he was going to call. Soon after, she returned saying that she was the manager, implying that she was lying (if she was the manager because she didn't present herself as such when she was asked?). At the end of the day nobody presented us with a decent solution and they even gave the excuse that they had a problem with a supplier (don't sell it then, since they wouldn't be able to deliver the cold drink). They did not retract and have not yet brought the coupon worth pizza. So this is my note.
Tip: if you don't take care of the after sales, it won't be open for long.
