Rafael disse que procuraria e encontrou, porém ao me dar retorno disse que não me venderia aquele e seguiria procurando porque aquele não tava legal. Isso é fantástico. A preocupação com o cliente e não só querer vender vender vender. Desde então. Negociar carros pra mim, é só na Zero Treze.

Me chamo Daniel sou de BH comprei um Civic na Zero Treze Veículos, menos de duas horas após a entrega do carro ele apresentou problemas, informei a vendedora e enviei um vídeo junto, aguardei 5 dias sem nenhuma resposta da agência, o Rafael (proprietário) me ligou dizendo que ia resolver e nunca mais retornou, paguei o reparo do veículo do meu bolso já apresentei as notas fiscais fotos e vídeos das peças trocadas e contínuo sem nenhum retorno da Zero Treze Veículos, sou simplesmente ignorado por eles.
Defeitos encontrados no carro:
Banco solto.
Tulipa e trizeta com defeito.
Coxim do motor estourado.
Coxim do amortecedor estourado.
Vazamento de óleo na junta do cabeçote e no retentor do comando.
Paguei no carro valor superior ao da tabela Fipe confiando na informação da vendedora Vanessa que garantiu que o carro estava em bom estado de conservação.
Até o pagamento do veículo a atenção foi total após o pagamento eles mudaram da água para o vinho a alternativa que sobrou é entrar na justiça.

I paid more than the Fipe table on the car, trusting the information of the seller Vanessa, who guaranteed that the car was in good condition.
