★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Golpe, Falcatrua. Idoneidade ZERO!!! Compramos um veículo Mercedes ML-350 a distância há 40 dias. Fui atendido pela vendedora Laionara e pelo Sr. Marcelo. O Carro chegou com Multimidia que segunda linha (Não original) e botões do painel, volante e console sem funcionamento. Vendedora havia informado que o carro estava devidamente revisado, e não estava! Pastilhas no limite e óleo para trocar. Mas o pior é que estamos há 45 dias aguardando o envio da documentação do veículo, o envio da chave cópia e também do manual do proprietário. Tais detalhes foram como multimidia, acessórios e vistoria nos foi passado que estava OK enquanto não estava! Péssima experiência! Depois de inúmeras tentativas de contato com o proprietário - Sr. André Novais, Sr. Marcelo e Sra. Laionara e também com Caroline, não fomos atendidos; Teremos que resolver na esfera judicial. Cuidado com essa empresa!

Seller had informed that the car was properly serviced, and it wasn't! Limit pads and oil to change. But the worst thing is that we have been waiting for 45 days to send the vehicle documentation, send the copy key and also the owner's manual. Such details were as multimedia, accessories and inspection we were told that it was OK while it wasn't! Bad experience! After numerous attempts to contact the owner - Mr. André Novais, Mr. Marcelo and Mrs. Laionara and also with Caroline, we were not assisted; We will have to resolve in the judicial sphere. Beware of this company!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A negociação com um dos proprietários, Marcelo, foi bem e ele se mostrou atencioso. Houve algumas imprecisões e informações como o tamanho da roda, por exemplo, que que informou errado. Até aí, de certa forma, ok. Prometeu que o DUT do carro seria enviado por Sedex, logo após o carro ser despachado. Isso não ocorreu e precisei ficar pedindo várias vezes que enviassem. Foi enviado porém, demorou demais, pq não foi enviado por Sedex como prometido. Resultado, o documento chegou faltando exatamente dois dias para se encerrar o prazo, depois disso eu tomaria multa. Sorte que tínhamos um despachante pois tinhamos feito um serviço recentemente e ele estava disponível. Ele disse que ia tentar o mais rápido possível, porém, não garantiria, pois dependeria do sistema também. Por sorte, conseguimos eye ficasse pronto exatamente no último dia, se o sistema atrasasse ou algo desse errado, multa.
Por fim, a pior parte, o carro apresentou defeitos e precisei fazer vários serviços como vazamento de óleo, ar condicionado extremamente sujo e até mofado, troca de junta, de correia, defeito no sensor entre outras coisas. Tudo na concessionária sairia por 17.000,00 Consegui fazer quase todo com um mecânico de confiança e comprei peças por fora, mas o sensor foi o único que tive que fazer na autorizada. Gastei 5.400,00 em tudo. Hoje já faz próximo há três semanas que venho tentando contactar o Marcelo, pois o carro ainda está na garantia, pedi várias vezes, deixei por menos, ele me prometeu várias vezes que iria resolver, alegou várias coisas, disse que ia falar com os outros sócios etc.. Até agora, NADA. Cheguei a conclusão que não irão honrar com as obrigações e cobrir a garantia. Então, infelizmente terei que entrar com medidas legais cabíveis. Por enquanto deixo a avaliação em duas estrelas. Ainda está na garantia, se eles resolverem cobrir a garantia, eu mudo a avaliação para cima, se não, mudo para uma estrela. Ou seja, tudo está na mão deles. Basta quererem resolver. Além das medidas legais que serão tomadas.
Ou seja, pela experiência que tive, não recomendo comprar dessa loja.

Lucky we had a dispatcher as we had recently done a job and he was available. He said he would try as soon as possible, however, he wouldn't guarantee it, as it would depend on the system as well. Luckily, we managed to get eye ready exactly on the last day, if the system was late or something went wrong, fine.
Finally, the worst part, the car had defects and I had to do several services such as oil leakage, extremely dirty and even moldy air conditioning, replacement of gaskets, belts, sensor defect, among other things. Everything at the dealership would cost 17,000.00 I managed to do most of it with a trusted mechanic and I bought spare parts, but the sensor was the only one I had to do at the authorized dealership. I spent 5,400.00 on everything. Today I have been trying to contact Marcelo for three weeks now, as the car is still under warranty, I asked several times, I left it for less, he promised me several times that he would solve it, claimed several things, said he would talk to the others partners etc. So far, NOTHING. I came to the conclusion that they will not honor the obligations and cover the guarantee. So, unfortunately, I will have to file appropriate legal measures. For now I leave the rating at two stars. It's still under warranty, if they decide to cover the warranty, I change the rating up, if not, I change it to a star. In other words, everything is in their hands. Just want to resolve. In addition to the legal measures that will be taken.
In other words, due to the experience I had, I don't recommend buying from this store.
