★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já tinha utilizado o serviço da imobiliária a 8 anos atrás. Agora eles alugaram meu AP, atendimento flexível ao nosso dia a dia, por Whatsapp, a atendente ia me perguntado eu respondendo, muito bom. Depois assinei e busquei o contrato. Tudo em ordem. Não tive problema algum.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência como cliente foi bem interessante. Liguei várias vezes, falei com o filho do Zezo, ele me prometeu uma visita para avaliar meu imovel para venda e nunca apareceu nem se dignou a ligar, nem mostrou interesse. Só não dou ZERO porque não consigo finalizar a mensagem.
My experience as a customer was very interesting. I called several times, talked to Zezo's son, he promised me a visit to evaluate my property for sale and he never showed up or deigned to call, nor showed interest. I just don't give ZERO because I can't finish the message.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência péssima em todos os sentidos. Só fui muito insistente, pois gostei e precisava do imovel o quanto antes. Fui super mal atendida pela ANDREIA, uma péssima professional. No dia marcado para conhecer o apartamento ngm apareceu e ou atendeu/retornou minhas mensagens e ligações. No dia da vistoria a Andreia nem olhou na minha cara jogou os papaeis para assinar, dps de assinado jogou a chave virou as costas e saiu andando. Como mencionei uma PESSIMA PROFISSIONAL !!!
Terrible experience in every way. I was just very insistent, because I liked and needed the property as soon as possible. I was very badly assisted by ANDREIA, a terrible professional. On the day scheduled to visit the apartment ngm appeared and either answered/returned my messages and calls. On the day of the inspection, Andreia didn't even look at my face, she threw the papers to sign, after signing the key, she turned her back and walked away. As I mentioned a lousy PROFESSIONAL !!!

Mesmo não tendo fechado nenhum contrato ainda, ela não poupa esforços em me atender sempre. Sempre que me pedem indicação de imobiliária aqui na zona norte, eu falo da Zezo, unicamente pelo atendimento dela.
