Chegando lá, eu e meu esposo fomos super bem atendidos, 2 moças, das quais nao lembro o nome agora, elas, alem de atenciosas, foram super educadas e simpaticas, nos atendeu super bem. Loja bonita, vestidos maravilhosos, e valores variados. Alem de ser super bem tratada pelas meninas, achei um vestido que eu amei, e meu esposo o terno que caiu super bem. E sobre o valor ela fez um preço que adoramos e ainda parcelou. Entao super indico, e proximo evento com certeza voltarei. Qualidade nas roupas, no atendimento e no pagamento. Estao de parabens, e nao vejo a hora de chegar a festa para colocar o vestido. Obrigada a todas as meninas.
I called in several places to know the price of the bridesmaid dresses, and where I was much more attended was at ZeZ. Once there, my husband and I were very well attended, 2 girls, whose name I do not remember now, they, besides being considerate, were very polite and friendly, and served us very well. Beautiful store, wonderful dresses, and varied values. Besides being super well treated by the girls, I found a dress that I loved, and my husband the suit that went super well. And about the value she made a price that we love and even paid in installments. So super recommended, and next event I will definitely be back. Quality in clothes, service and payment. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MUITO RUIM, aluguei um traje pro meu filho e pro meu marido com suspensórios na cor palha e eles mandaram na cor marrom e sem falar que o ajuste na roupa nao foi feito e pra piorar quando questionei a atendente simplesmente ignorou como se trocar as cores de um evento que era pra todos irem com a cor escolhida e não ajustar não fosse nada, somente ouvi a seguinte frase "deve ter sido as meninas na hora de sepatar q colocou errado, mas ta tudo certo a sua entregar, tchau", tipo não to nem ai se nao tava certo, fiquei decepcionada
VERY BAD, I rented a costume for my son and my husband with straps in straw and they sent them in brown and not to mention that the adjustment was not made and to make matters worse when I questioned the attendant simply ignored how to change the colors of an event that was for everyone to go with the chosen color and not adjust it was nothing, I only heard the following phrase "it must have been the girls at the time of splitting that you put it wrong, but it's all right to deliver, bye", like no I don't care if it wasn't right, I was disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei do resultado. Não tenho experiencia com roupas de festas, estive com minha irmã e pontuamos alguns ajustes. AO pegar o vestido estava todo amassado e tive que esperar (ja no momento de viagem para a festa) que passassem. Ao experimentar nao percebi que os ajustes nao estavam adequados. Bojo ficou saindo durnte todo o tempo do lugar e repuxando no decote exatamente onde disse estar com problema (a foto principal com meu filho na festa mostra o defeito). Costura no ombro de um lado na frente aparecendo e do outro nao, barra nao pude dancar a valsa direito pois arrastava no chao. Ao devolver quis avisa-los da falha e a resposta foi "a senhora nao provou antes?"....nao aceitaram o erro sem nem mesmo eu pedir ressarcimento. Imagino que nao liguem pra insatisfacao do cliente. Nao recomendo!
I didn't like the result. I have no experience with party clothes, I was with my sister and we scored some adjustments. When I picked up the dress, it was all wrinkled and I had to wait (while traveling to the party) for them to pass. When trying, I didn't realize that the adjustments were not adequate. Bojo was leaving the place all the time and pulling at the neckline exactly where he said he had a problem (the main photo with my son at the party shows the defect). Seam on the shoulder on one side on the front showing and not on the other, bar I couldn't dance the waltz properly because it dragged on the floor. When returning I wanted to warn them of the failure and the answer was "Didn't you try it before?"....they didn't accept the error without even me asking for reimbursement. I imagine they don't care about customer dissatisfaction. I do not recommend!
