★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi péssimo, me ligaram fui fz entrevista com um gestor ,me afirmando um horário um setor, no fim me colocaram em outro setor outro horário, o setor q meu eu trabalhei foi no tratamento térmico onde tive uma experiência péssima e traumática com o líder Anderson onde me tratava muito mau ,não só eu como os outros operários que por do precisavam aguentar calados pois precisam do emprego. Aqui fica minha indignação, pois só não fui eu que tive um péssimo tratamento nessa empresa. Aconselho que se for para o tratamento térmico já saibam que vão se frustrar com a péssima liderança
It was terrible, they called me I did an interview with a manager, affirming me a time in one sector, in the end they put me in another sector another time, the sector I worked on was in the heat treatment where I had a terrible and traumatic experience with leader Anderson where I was treated very badly, not only me but the other workers who therefore needed to keep quiet because they need the job. Here is my indignation, because it was not just me who had a bad treatment at this company. I advise that if it is for the heat treatment already know that they will be frustrated with the terrible leadership
