A nota fiscal foi emitida constando 03 unidades, a cobrança no cartao foi feita como tres unidades e FOI ENVIADO APENAS UM. ELES NAO ATENDEM O TELEFONE E NAO RESPONDEM A NENHUMA TENTATIVA DE CONTATO.

Tive um desentendimento referente à valores passados e valores cobrados. Quando solicitei alguém responsável pra fazer as devidas reclamações, ou tentar alguma alternativa que seria bom pros dois lados, fui tratado com total descaso.
Na ocasião, a responsável pelo administrativo (Perla), se não me falha a memória, afirmou que se eu não estivesse gostado da postura dela, eu poderia procurar pelos meus direitos.
Resumindo eles se esforçam pra tratar mal o cliente.
Na realidade, parecem que fazem questão.
Resumindo, tive uma divergência simples, quando tentei resolver, fui tratado com hostilidade, falta de educação e por aí vai...
Por mim eu daria -5 estrelas, como não temos essa possibilidade, vou dar 1.
