★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É péssimo!!!! as funcionárias não querem trabalhar, com excessão de algumas é claro . Estive lá e meu filho estava dentro dos padrões de altura exigindo pelo Zig Zag e eles não aceitaram. A responsável pela piscina de bolinha não o aceitou e a supervisora até a altura dele ela olhou, mas não deixou entrar para brincar, alegando que não tinha altura. Porém o mais impressionante é que ele já esteve brincando nessa piscina e inclusive uma DAS VEZES, foi a própria gerente quem permitiu. Aí eu pergunto, porque será que não deixaram ele entrar? Será porque nesse dia a funcionária não estava afim de trabalhar e teve o apoio da supervisora que ficou boa parte do tempo no celular !??
It's terrible !!!! the employees don't want to work, except for a few of course. I was there and my son was up to the height standards demanding for the Zig Zag and they did not accept. The head of the ball pool did not accept him and the supervisor up to his height she looked, but did not let in to play, claiming that there was no height. But most striking is that he's been playing in this pool and even once, it was the manager herself who allowed it. Then I ask, why didn't they let him in? Is it because that day the employee was not in the mood to work and had the support of the supervisor who spent a lot of time on the phone! ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui humilhada nesse local. A supervisora da loja gritou comigo na frente de todos, falava apontando dedo na cara, ironizando, completamente despreparada. Um absurdo o tratamento com o consumidor vindo da pessoa com mais autoridade do local. Inaceitável tamanho despreparo em um local que lida com crianças.
I was humiliated there. The store supervisor shouted at me in front of everyone, talking with a finger in the face, ironing, completely unprepared. It is absurd the treatment with the consumer coming from the person with more authority in the place. Unacceptable size unprepared in a place that deals with children.
