Tenho toda conversa salva em meu celular e vou tomar medidas cabiveis pq nao vou sair no prejuizo !
I made a purchase with this store, came missing merchandise and stained piece besides to charge me more for the merchandise and freight. I can not return them leaving in the after sales and service to me. I have every conversation saved on my cell phone and I will take appropriate measures because I will not go to harm!

Tive problema com peça faltando, peça manchada e produto com defeito de fábrica, tudo no mesmo pedido... relatei ao atendimento e não me prestaram nenhum suporte. Desistindo depois de 7 dias. Como preciso de muita agilidade e garantia de qualidade, não vou arriscar outra compra online, talvez só no caso de ir pessoalmente a loja.
For the price the products really are good, but I was disappointed with the post sale. I had problem with missing part, stained part and defective product from factory, all in the same order ... I reported the service and they did not give me any support. Giving up after 7 days. As I need a lot of agility and quality assurance, I will not risk another online purchase, maybe just in case I go to the store personally.
