A corretora soube apresentar imóveis pertinentes á minha procura, sem pressão e nem opiniões que poderiam interferir na minha escolha. A parte jurídica foi bem providenciada e bem comunicada. Pontualidade e esclarecimentos, sempre! Indico muito a Zimmermann para quem precisar!
I thought the job was well done, from finding my apartment to preparing the paperwork and signing the deed. The brokerage knew how to present properties relevant to my search, without pressure or opinions that could interfere in my choice. The legal part was well provided and well communicated. Punctuality and clarification, always! I recommend a lot to Zimmermann for those who need it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tivemos uma experiência muito ruim, chegamos na imobiliária para assinar documentos e eles não se encontravam, após a finalização do financiamento ficou faltando algumas questões burocráticas que a imobiliária tinha que resolver, mas simplesmente nos ignoraram. Não recomendo essa imobiliária para quem vai comprar algum imóvel
We had a very bad experience, we arrived at the real estate office to sign documents and they were not there, after the financing was finalized, some bureaucratic issues were missing that the real estate company had to solve, but they simply ignored us. I do not recommend this property to anyone who is going to buy a property.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento! Meu marido e eu visitamos uma casa e fizemos uma proposta. A proprietária aceitou e ai começou a "novela". Quando vc vai visitar está tudo sempre regularizado e pronto para financiar, mas a verdade era completamente outra. Avisamos que tínhamos uma carta de crédito já aprovada e que tinha data de validade. Resumo da ópera: passaram-se mais de 6 meses e ninguém tinha resolvido nada - nós perdemos a nossa carta de crédito com juros mais baixos.
A pessoa responsável da Zimmermann sempre dizia que iria nos atualizar sobre o andamento dos processos e nunca dava retorno. Super desrespeito com o "sonho" dos clientes.
Não recomendo!
Terrible attendance! My husband and I visited a house and made a proposal. The owner accepted and there the "soap opera" began. When you go to visit, everything is always regularized and ready to finance, but the truth was completely different. We let you know that we had a letter of credit already approved and that it had an expiration date. Opera Summary: More than 6 months have passed and no one has resolved anything - we have lost our lowest interest letter of credit.
The responsible person at Zimmermann always said that he would update us on the progress of the processes and never returned. Super disrespect for the "dream" of customers.
I do not recommend!
