★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ja fui nessa loja mais de 10 vezes tenho o cartão e sempre fui bem atendida ate agora. Na ultima vez que fui a menina que estava me atendendo foi embora no meio do atendimento e me deixaram sozinha. Fui na loja mais uma vez e fui completamente ignorada por essa mesma vendedora. Triste ver isso pois antigamente essa loja tinha um time de profissionais espetaculares.
I've been to this store more than 10 times I have the card and I've always been well attended so far. The last time I went, the girl who was attending me left in the middle of the service and left me alone. I went to the store one more time and was completely ignored by this same saleswoman. Sad to see this because in the past this store had a team of spectacular professionals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive com minha esposa e sogra na loja e nunca vi tanto desrespeito com os clientes.
Os provadores não tem privacidade pois as cortinas não fecham e até quem está no caixa consegue ver o interior das cabines. As vendedoras ficam abrindo as cortinas dos provadores enquanto os clientes se trocam e enquanto minha sogra se trocava permitiram que dois homens entrassem na área dos provadores. Ao relatar estes problemas para a gerente da loja, ainda fomos tratados com grosseria, mesmo depois de comprar na loja.
Arrependimento de ter pisado nessa loja. Péssimo atendimento, péssima estrutura dos provadores !
Nunca mais entraremos lá!!!!!
